Step 1: Act Quickly
As soon as you know you cannot make your test date, contact IRCC. The sooner you notify them, the sooner they can schedule a new date.
Step 2: Use the IRCC Web Form
The best way to request a reschedule is through the IRCC web form:

- Full legal name
- Date of birth
