1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CitizenPass, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CitizenPass is a Canadian citizenship test preparation application that provides study materials, practice questions, mock exams, AI coaching, flashcards, and progress tracking. The Service is available on web (citizenpass.ca), Android (Google Play), and iOS (App Store).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share, redistribute, or resell content from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CitizenPass — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, questions, explanations, and software — are the property of LiaWeb and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. The study content is based on publicly available information from IRCC's "Discover Canada" guide.

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach feature provides automated study assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI Coach is a study aid and does not guarantee success on the citizenship test. Always verify information with official IRCC resources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in passing the citizenship test.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiaWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass the citizenship test.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@citizenpass.ca. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
