How to Cancel Your Subscription

Depending on where you subscribed, follow these steps:

Web

Web (Stripe): Go to Settings > Premium > Manage Subscription, or email support@citizenpass.ca.

Android

Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > CitizenPass > Cancel.

iOS

iOS (App Store): Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CitizenPass > Cancel.
