LiaWeb ("we", "us", "our") operates CitizenPass (the "Service"), a Canadian citizenship test preparation application available on web, Android, and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, province/territory of residence, and authentication credentials (via Google Sign-In or email).
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including lessons completed, quiz scores, study time, streak data, achievement progress, device type, operating system, and app version.
When you subscribe to CitizenPass Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe (web), Google Play (Android), or Apple App Store (iOS). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store your full payment card details.
If you use the AI Coach feature, your questions and the AI responses are processed in real-time. We may retain anonymized conversation logs to improve the Service.

CitizenPass is intended for users aged 18 and older (citizenship test applicants aged 18-54). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
